The Clinic Director  Dr. Jeffrey D. James DC has been in practice in West  Los Angeles for over 23 years. Dr. James completed his first Diplomate program in  functional neurology in 1993, and again reviewed the updated program  in 2006, and matriculated in 2007. With hundreds of  hours of postgraduate neurology training as well as  hundreds of hours of Functional Medicine training he now applies his expertise specifically to those patients who have been suffering with neuropathy. As one of only 111 clinics around the country who are part of the Neuropathy Treatment Centers of America, his unique examination, and approach has provided relief to thousands of former neuropathy sufferers.

Dr. James is currently enrolled in a Diplomate program in Neurochemistry, and will board certified in this as well by the emd of 2011. In addition, Dr. James was one of the lead instructors for the Pettibon rehabilitation System, a unique system of spinal rehabilitation  that enabled doctors to permanently  correct spinal structures. He was selected  by Dr. Pettibon to teach the Pettibon instructors neurology in 2007. He is currently writing a paper to be published on the neurological implications and import of the pettibon weighting system in a peer reviewed journal.
He can be heard on the radio every weekend on KTLK am 1150 on Saturdays from 1-2:00pm  discussing issues ranging from neuropathy care to diabetes to thyroid disorders, as well  as  serious disc and spine related disorders, he has been a guest lecturer at many local companies and is known for his warmth, enganging personality and no nonsense approach to serious health issues. He has been on Geraldo, Dateline, KFI, KLOS, KLSX and has appeared in many other media outlets including the LA Times. He was recently nominted as Best Alternative Medicine Practice in West Los Angeles by KCAL 9

Dr. Abe Grosswasser  has been in practice for over ten years, and joins our staff from Massachussets, where he helped run two succesful  clinics after returning from several years of practice in Italy. His experience in Italy where he ran a large chiropractic clinic treating hundreds of patients each week helped him develop his clinical skills in a few short years that might normally take many more years. He brings with him great experience, vast knowledge and a deep passion to make a difference in peoples lives and to help heal as many people as possible.
 
David Elliott has been in the nutrition world for over 25 years. He has an unrivaled passion for getting people well.  For years he has been the man behind the scenes for one of the nations largest neutraceutical companies making many MD's. D.O's, DC's and acupuncturists look brilliant, by allowing doctors to fax over test results so that he could evaluate them and inform them  what direction to take wiht a patient, and how best to treat them. Recognizing his skills, knowledge and caring for humanity, Dr. James brought him on board to put him on the front line of treating patients, and now his true talent can be seen daily in the faces of the patients he treats. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice and is a welcome addition to our practice.
